Prince (Rodgers Nelson)

Prince Rodgers Nelson (1958 - 2016). Exceptionally Rare autograph of the multi-talented musician. Prince has signed in gold ink "Tora Tora" on a New Power Generation (NPG) CD Fold out sleeve of the album "Exodus". Exodus was released in 1995 in Europe, Australia and Taiwan only. It has also been signed by members of NPG including Morris Hayes, Sonny T, Tommy Barbarella, Mayte Garcia plus one that could be Levi Seacer Jnr. Prince only signed as Tora Tora for a short period making this very rare. This was obtained in person by In Person Collector Andy Hemington at the Virgin Megastore in London in 1995. With additional Autograph COA Certificate of Authenticity Number: SA23779. The CD itself is included (loose).

From the original recipient, Andy Hemington " On 5th April 1995 myself and 3 other people with me attended a signing of the New Power Generation for their album release Exodus at the Virgin Megastore in London. The album featured Prince although he went under the name Tora Tora. He wore a red mask as can be seen in publicity photos on the internet. He would only sign the new CD. Between us we got cd covers and cds signed. It was the only occasion I ever got Prince to sign anything".
